Terms
Every NYX request is subject to direct confirmation before dispatch.
Requests submitted through the site are service requests, not automatic transport confirmations. NYX confirms availability, quoted rate, timing, and final chauffeur handoff directly.
Reservation requests
Submitting the site form sends a service request to NYX. A reservation is not confirmed until NYX replies directly and accepts the requested service.
Quoted service
Availability, quoted rate, timing, waiting structure, and any useful add-ons are confirmed directly for the accepted reservation before dispatch.
Changes and cancellations
Change, cancellation, waiting, deposit, and payment timing are tied to the accepted reservation and are confirmed directly by NYX in the same service exchange. If a reservation includes a deposit, prepayment, or a non-refundable hold, that structure is stated before dispatch.
Guest responsibilities
Guests or assistants should provide accurate journey type, timing, pickup access notes, and any material itinerary changes as soon as they are known.
Operational conditions
Dispatch and timing depend on the information supplied for the reservation, lawful pickup access, venue or airport procedures, and real-time conditions such as traffic, weather, road closures, or security controls. NYX will use reasonable efforts to communicate material operational changes directly.
Messaging platforms
If the request continues in WhatsApp, that messaging exchange follows WhatsApp's platform terms and privacy controls in addition to the service terms confirmed by NYX.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NYX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a reservation exchange. Any direct claim relating to an accepted reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation.
Governing law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, use of this site and direct reservation exchanges with NYX are governed by the laws of Nevada.
Effective date
These terms are effective as of July 13, 2026.
